Anyone use eXT's "param mapper" in T2?

The VSTi and VSTe versions of energyXT have something called the "param mapper" which allows you to make internal parameters available to the host program.

For instance, if I have a synth wrapped in eXT and want to automate the cutoff outside of eXT, I can map it to a parameter, name it (i.e. "Cutoff") and it should be visible to the host program as an automatable parameter.

However, I can't get this to work in T2.

When I drag the automation button over eXT, I just get the standard "Dry, Wet" automation etc.

Actually, I just realised I can use a Rack to do the same thing (didn't know you could automate parameters inside a Rack).

Still curious about the param mapper though.

I know it's switched on after the plugin is loaded, so perhaps T2 doesn't check these things again after the initial loading of the plugin?
