Will to Digi 001 work with Tracktion? I need multiple inputs.

No problem with inputs.
The only issues dependes on the driver you´re going to use. For instance, supplied Asio driver it´s got certain limitations like no multiclient, no multidevice and sample rate limited up to 48khz.
