Convo Boy and VST Wrapper

Hi,

I use now the very affordable Convo Boy and really like how the reverb is flowing.

However some glitches arise when it's used along with VST DX Wrapper Lite (From Spinaudio) in Cakewalk HS2002. After saving and closing HS the message "Unable to load VST plugin" pops on the screen when loading HS. Sometimes the graphics are hidden and sometimes HS is crashing. The IR folder is not kept in presets.

Sir was the convoler I used and everything was fine on that side. But once those steps are jumped Convo Boy works very well.

Any suggestions ?

Hi SergeD,

I'm afraid that the Lite Spin Audio wrapper is very buggy. The Cakewalk Wrapper works fine as does DirectiXer.

Good news, it's possible to use VST Wrapper Lite along with Convo Boy in HS. But you must select your preset and click on buttons to refresh the Convo screen every time you load HS.

I know, it's not the holy grail but it works in spite of my daw and softwares older then many people on this forum !

The trunc function is a nice option to use when listening many tracks at once.
