He should have said it is going to "be platform independent". The way it is written now sound like it is moving towards being platform-specific, which is backwards.

I hope it goes ok. The mods and the admins have known what was going to happen, but tdc has been the only one working on it, so we'll see.

Well, don't forget that osxa is the most comprehensive collection of anti-win facts for audio processing, built up within 5 years. For any bash you'll come up with, somebody will necrojack a corresponding thread in reply. Including the infamous "sorry-what does that mean?".
