Thats the thing, im not using any plugs. It's just input from my keyboard right now. The soundcard is a Soundblaster 24-bit Live and CPU is AMD Athlon 1200Mhz
The extra settings I tweaked them but I dont know what difference they make.
FL says this: Status: open, set to 44100khz, Int32LSB, 4x2 outputs 1x2 inputs available.
Soundcard input, to vst stack, to soundcard output.

Try to use 16-bit/48kHz resolution
On ASIO -panel
- force WDM driver to 16-bit (on sonar the Int32LSB type had to be changed to 4byte format to get 24-bit rec working)
- buffer size : 256 samples
- use HW buffering (if it works without issues)
Also, try with some other software (Sonar, Live, etc.) --> tells if the cause for dropouts comes from FL.
