Hey Muse!!!! I will very soon need something like an answer. Tell me that you still exist, that'll be good enough for a start. Please tell me what to do. I hate seeing my Receptor in its box!!!!

Hey Guys... Have you been able to resolve your problems? I'm considering getting one, but obviously don't want the nightmare...

After having no help from Muse, I finally sent the Receptor back to the distributor here in Switzerland. They said they would check it, maybe repair it or if needed replace it. I obviously will give it a second try.
Customdigi, have you got any news from yours?

They were pretty helpful with me, Nick. Maybe the geography has something to do with that. I got my repaired receptor this week, and it is back in my rack, running nicely. Sorry to hear you are still without yours. BTW, it was a bad power supply.

Yeah...specifically, it sucked.
I think they replaced it and now the thing works like it is supposed to. No issues whatsoever, so far.

I got my Receptor back. It works fine now. They said it had "one bad component". So I got a new Receptor with the old HD installed in it. One "funny" thing is that I had to unmount it from my rack because the temperature was too high (89 degrees celcius after 2 hours of work). So now it's on the floor next to the rack. Very professional looking...
