Hi all - does anyone know where i can find a vst that provides indian percussive samples to the same standard of the chineekong? Can't seem to find a good one that covers a wide range of instruments like the chineekong does.
Cheers.

The late Doru Malaia made a vast set of ethnic percussion single-shot samples, "230 Ethnic Drums and Percussions." US$29 including world-wide shipping. Lots of Indian instruments in there. I think you can still order it through his wife or a colleague who posted here a couple times under Doru's account.

If that's too general-purpose you might look at Swar Systems' stuff. More costly but they seem to do India pretty well.
