Source VSTi Patches responding to MIDI PC

Greetings,

New to Receptor and everything is working very well with this exception. I am trying to do what is described on page 172 of the manual, i.e. using MSB/LSB/PC to call up program within a specific bank. I can get the program to change using 127/0/XXX but I can't change the bank. For example, I would expect that to get Minimonsta to change to the "ClassicLead" patch I would send 003/012/008. All other program change functions seem to work.

Controller is a Fantom X7. Transmit Bank Select and Program Change is set to on.
