Can we bring this up a notch? There is a nice free instrument here that is deserving of some attention.

i've found Majkens skin has made it much easier to find my way round this synth .. :D i'm loving how easy it is to come up with totally spaced out presets

my second bank is nearly finished ... uploading soon

Great, I'll give them a workout when posted. Much appreciated.

i think the simplified 'randomizer' skin is an excellent little thing! such a splendid idea.
Kick, punch, it's all in the mind.

Heh ;) - I'll fix it up later on though so it has bigger buttons and better contrast.

A new version of my proper skin will be finished today. It has alot of restructuring. All the preset, panic, random, about, skin and such buttons are located near eachother and the pitch envelope has been moved to be located under the oscillators. I've also increased the size and graphics for some various things. Still alot of stuff left to do before I'm really happy but I'm getting there.

This sounds wonderful! Thanks Majken! If at possible, please try to make the skin follow the logical/functional flow that a regular synth follows -- ie effects all together, oscillators all together, etc. Functionality is the key for me (I also like it to look pretty. :D ) Oh, and a big request. If at all posible, I notice a lot of "one-letter" abreviations on things. Could you make the abreviations a little more descriptive than the original skin? Thanks so much! I feel ashamed to even be making requests, because everyone has been so generous.  I don't have any rights to ask. Yet, I'm hoping for these requests anyhow. Thanks.

Sorry for contributing to this thread being dragged down again, i took the wrong option when looking for something to do. I ended up closing KVR, making some more presets and starting on another couple of tracks. My apologies again, i'll go straight for the productive option next time.

I use this synth at 96khz and to me is almost perfect.and the cpu usage is so low that working at 96khz is no problem
how can u say it has no bass? just select the 2LP or 4LP filter for bass.
and the oscillator is fine too(although a little nasty and digitalish at very high pitches).

I'm guessing that you are referring to my comments. I don't really know synth programming very well, so I'm still looking to learn how to make this synth make good bass sounds. How about making a bank of good bass sounds and sharing? :-)

If you aren't referring to my comments.... well, then just make a bank of bass sounds anyway.... :-) :-) LOL!
