Nice work once again, Majken.
Yeah, sorry about that. Maybe I'll write a graphical editor or something if I find the time - it would make things easier for me, too, after all.Majken wrote:It'll take alot of time to do a big one cause moving stuff around is a bloody pain.

Nope, the actual size of it is the same. However some controls have been increased in size and I've also spread out the GUI to use the space better.audiojunkie wrote:Oh, this isn't the big one?Reverse Engineer wrote:Brilliant work Majken, but where's the biggie for us old farts with awful eyesight?![]()

Thanks! And no worries, if I hadn't started making the GUI small I would've had a big one by now. Personally I don't think it really needs to be any bigger though. Then again increasing the size somewhat won't hurt I guess.Fuzzpilz wrote:Nice work once again, Majken.

Thanks, in advance, for the big gui Majken. A big gui is much less stressful to me.Majken wrote:It'll take alot of time to do a big one cause moving stuff around is a bloody pain. What really needs to be huge is the graphic that pops up when you edit the user waveform. When you right click and select the SPECTRUM option you get the additive harmonic screen which contains 128 tiny bars that have to be slid up and down - each bar is a harmonic, for those not familiar to additives.
What would be nice is if the SPECTRUM graphic popped up "full screen", or as large as the whole synth gui.
As it is right now on the big gui, the spectrum screen is too tiny. It's very tedious to do much with it. But its potential with a bigger screen would make this the BEST free additive synth out today.
Please.

i agree that it's fine the size it is ... i'm working on a laptop at 1024 by 768 , and it's perfect for me ... i can understand why people would want a bigger one tho'Majken wrote:Thanks! rogerperrin: Ahh, however that part isn't skinnable I think. It's somethink only Fuzzpilz can tinker with. Either that or I haven't looked through the skin files properly

Majken, your skin is nice.
Fuzzpilz, I also liked your color scheme, more brown/ocre/warm grey, but Majken's contour make it more easy to read.

The thing that needs supersizing is the additive harmonics screen. Just try to edit one single harmonic at a time and you'll see what I'm talking about.i agree that it's fine the size it is ... i'm working on a laptop at 1024 by 768 , and it's perfect for me ... i can understand why people would want a bigger one tho'
