Hi guys,
I'm finding myself in the position of occasionally buying something for the Receptor and then wanting to also put it on my PC - can you crossgrade from the Receptor to the full version? I'm thinking at this point of Kompakt and MTron.

Hi Watto
This depends almost entirely on the developer. Some allow reverse crossgrading, some do not. I'd recommend contacting the developers directly, and if they don't answer, post your question again or send me a private message and I'll get an answer for you,
Cheers

Hi Bryan,
Cheers, I'll do that unless you know off the top of your head about the two I'm wondering about...?
It'd be much quicker to get an answer out of you than those other bastards...

I'd just be guessing, but I will say you'd probably have a better chance with M-Tron than with Kompakt, especially given the ridiculously low price of Kompakt on Receptor (its a special deal they did with us)

I try to buy all plugs in non-Receptor format, and then crossgrade to Receptor. You have to pay for the crossgrade this way, but you end up with both versions for posterity....
