.. wow, i'm really looking forward checking out AT2 now. (before i was only looking forward checking out this thread.)
the thread wasn't dissapointing, now i hope AT2 itself will be at least as good, and hopefully less controversial .. hrhr.
though, AT1 will always still be used here .. for exactly 2 sound-presets i did. one for bass, and one for voice.
(mainly as "signature" sounds for my band).
i'm especially curious about its character ..

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say I doubt it's as much of a character as me...i'm especially curious about its character ..

A certain someone here recommended the Sansamp bass driver to me - never got to try it, but I got the Harkte one instead. It's really good 
My mate has a guitar PodXT Live, and it sounds amazing! So many different options, so you're never bored, and everything sounds top notch. Thus I'm going to investigate the bass equivalent, and I might not even need the Harkte after.

OK, I think you ladies and gents are ready now for the truth. the FULL truth.
I present myself, Fabrizio Antario Mentirosio De Janeiro. I am the V.P. of the marketing dept of IKMM, italy. I was born and raised here in Modena, with the sheeps and the cows. I like to suck on straws like that guy you american like to call Tom Sawyer.
Last summer, my boss came to see me and told me that if I don't find a distraction for the delay of Amplitube2, my ass was on the line..And he wasn't kidding. Indeed, he lifted my ass and drew a line underneath of it with a thick black marker he was holding in his left hand, he then ordered me to sit on it! Oh no! What was I to do?!!
So I roamed for days on the internet looking for a fantastic, big and popular internet board, full of smart people and real talent that could handle such a publicity stunt.......I couldn't find one, so I settled for KVR.
I put my best people on that dossier, including a guy named Squidgys ( you guys might know him under a slightly different name ). After 3 weeks of deliberation, this thread was born, on a gloomy day of Octobre 2005. In fact, it wasn't born that day, we had to get the signature of the president to launch the thread...and to bribe KVR's people in order to keep it "rolling". In exchange, we bought from KVR's folks a receptor and they were so happy that they sold their first copy in three years, I tell you, they must have broke 10 bottles of champagne...at least...We felt bad for them, so we bought a second unit, just to stack the first one on top of it.
Needless to say, the plan worked exactly as planned.
Last week, I got a raise...Yes a whole 10 liras a year more! How proud was I to go and tell my wife!! She was very ecsited too! ( she always is, especially when the mailman is around, maybe because he always bring her letters, even on weekends )...I am so exited that I am sure I won't be able to spend all this extra money in one place!!
Now, I am sitting at home, on my vespa in front of my computer, being a bit nostalgic about it all. This thread seems to have been only born a couple of month ago...
Life must goes on.....

What if I get in an accident and my eyeball pops out and gets squished?

though I don't believe that Squids is in a position to answer it for IK
as for me, I will continue to exercise my right never to eat chicken livers again in my life
