There is no 'they'. There's Tony. And maybe he's too busy right now. I don't know, and I doubt that any other mod knows. No one playing a joke, it's probably just good old LIFE getting in the way. I just check once a day, and move on to my other fave hang-outs.

I actually get some work done
(but if it's gone for another two weeks, I'll set up an alternative)
Cheers,

It's funny, all these weeks and I'm starting to think that AU's are a superior format, we need OSXA back to convince me otherwise!

Here you all are - thank god!
I thought it was all lost... is it? Some great minds we're on that forum and I'll be sad if its gone.
I feel like part of my social life has died! (how utterly pathetic

I live in Japan, doing translation work from my home office. Online forums are my social life! (well, in the English language, at least)Walter Odington wrote:I feel like part of my social life has died! (how utterly pathetic)

kanker once had some sort of refugee-forum when osx was down back then.
so urs is gonna set up a new camp maybe? ..
cheers,
putte

Well, it looks like the splashscreen message has been updated and is now being served from the new server, so that's progress.

I'm with you there Putte. OSXAudio was a regular pit stop for me...my primary information source for music and audio on the Mac...a place I would visit one or more times a day. It's extended absence is a major drag!putte wrote:.. it's indeed like something is missing. i have 3 forums i visit on a regular basis, and now one of them has vanished.
