Need to look into it a bit more now.
Btw, jens, I totally agree, those helpfiles are an absolute mess. Their default folder structuring is as well.
There are 3 kinds of people:
Those who can do maths and those who can't.

I just fired it up, but ...
no vsti plugs, that are in subfolders are recognized by SE.
So did anyone manage to load vsti's from subfolders?
Since there is only one folder you can point it to.

Look for a file called VstPlugins.ini in your Samp directory. Locate the Parameter DirectoryRecursionDepth and increase the value, restart Samp. That should fix it, as this Param determines how many levels of sub directories Samp scans for vst plugins.rsmus7 wrote:I just fired it up, but ...

Still haven't installed SE myself but I think it should be the same as in the bigger versions.

Can anybody please tell me how to activate Samplitude 8 SE Keys Edition on an OFFLINE machine ? No way am I gonna connect my DAW to the internet.
Maybe I'm just too dumb, but I can't find out the procedure. Registered ok, got the activation code, the tool seems to need an internet connection.
Thanks in advance, susiwong

You can even cut the freeze files, add new effects etc. They just work as a normal recording. But if you unfreeze a freezed file, the editing will get lost of course.Sascha Franck wrote:That's great.lhama wrote:you can move frozen parts wherever you like in the classic and pro version.

Also stacked freezing is possible. You can freeze a part, add a new effect, freeze it again, unfreeze it two time, and change the first effect.
And freezing of busses is also possible.

what about re-arrangements of frozen tracks - will they be kept when unfreezing?Steffen Fuerst wrote:

Yes, You do it from the track that the frozen object currently resides on. Freezing is related to the object, rather than the track.jens wrote:Steffen Fuerst wrote:
