ok you want money for you software, so it is commodity. But you twice changed the date of the supply - im not payed for the goods yet, but we are talking about money and business here, so i can make my conclusions about your future corect attitude about timeliness in logistics, so im afraid to make business with you, im afraid for my money.

Hey customer,
You're 100% right, the release date has been pushed more than expected.
The reason for that is that we want LUNA to be high-quality before being released.
The last weeks, LUNA has been finetuned and is much more rock solid now.
Would you have been a more happy customer when buying something earlier, but which is not yet high-quality enough?
Thanks for being impatient regarding LUNA's release!
We're working on it as hard as possible.

Customer,
I personally think your comment is quite inappropriate. It is clear to all of us on this forum that Jo has been working furiously to get all of us the highest quality product possible. Software cannot be rushed (unless you want buggy broken code), and "commoditized" software that is released according to fixed dates rather than when it's ready is much more likely to perform poorly.
I personally think that you should, in fact, be grateful that Jo has refused to take your money until the software is ready and polished for you. If you're really impatient and absolutely must buy something right this moment, then you can go buy a commodity product like ACID Music Studio. If you find a critical showshopper bug, you might find that they may respond to you after a few weeks with a form letter indicating that their engineers are already aware of the problem (and have been for a year) and they will try to let you know when it is fixed. (That's what happened to me.) I'd be much more afraid of doing business with someone who responded like that.
Just my two cents.

sorry for OT.
EnergyXT2 was announced to be realeased in begining of 2006 and there is not even a alpha-beta version of it so far. Many people are yet to see a screenshot of it.And I am an owner of XT and entitled to get XT2 as free upgrade.
See how people patiently waiting for a feature packed, stable, not-so-buggy update.
Try posting this type of complain with exactly these words what you have used here at EnergyXT forum , I am sure you will be muted by the users

I'd be wary of paying "customer" too much attention, his one and only post on KVR is to uneccessarily berate Luna. Why make this a public announcement? Surely anyone with questions regarding these issues would have emailed or PMed Muzycian first? This reeks of attention seeking.
Also his line "im not payed for the goods yet" is in direct contradiction to his name. You can't be a customer if you haven't bought the product. It all looks very suspicious indeed, it might be worth getting one of the mods to check his IP.
Heck, I'm defending Jo and he hasn't even let me beta test yet (hint, hint! Check your PMs!

Sorry that i didn't get back yet; 2 reasons:
-> time
-> beta 8 came as a patch, so you have to have beta 7 installed.
when beta 9 comes out, it will be a full package again, and that's much more easy to install when it's your first LUNA.
you'll surely be notified when beta 9 is out! expected next week!
Have a great weekend!
Jo
