Yes, you can do just this.8-Bit Mania wrote:Can I just send its MIDI signal into my PC and let my PC determine its sound?

I've found Midix very useful (thanks Marc). You can find it here:http://www.mypage.bluewin.ch/ncplus/midi_index.htmlgrymmjack wrote:Just ordered mine with my tax refund! Alan have you tried scripting with MIDIOx? It's quite simple for the most part and is exposed via COM/Ole/whatever the heck it isAlanB wrote:I've found Midix very useful (thanks Marc). It's very handy for all sorts of things, for example transposing, modifying velocity, splitting the fretboard so that you can trigger 2 vsts at once. I've had great fun using my EZAG with Oatmeal.
I'd love to be able to develop something like Midix in C#,but am having trouble getting started.

What reasons did you choose EG over AG?CapnLockheed wrote:Hey....things I've read here and elsewhere have
convinced me I need an EZ. I agonized over the
choice between AG and EG but, for several reasons
choose the EG. I've ordered one from AMS BestBuy
thru E-Bay:

Can't wait to get my mits on it and to try it with
the scripts you guys have been writing. In the meantime I've been creating environments in
Chainer and Bidule for live and studio use.
Glad to be in the club!
Cheers......CL
