I don't think this is an issue specific to Morphing Delay,
Adobe Audition has problems with several of the plugs on my machine.
I think it boils down to how Audition handles preset info (maps to xml) but I could just be taking a shot in the dark.

I'm pleased to say that Morphing Delay 2.1.5 works in Audition 2.0 without any issues
(of course I still blame Auditions plugin handling for the previous crashes

)
