I've just bought a Receptor, loaded Atmosphere and Trilogy successfully, but there are no banks or patches listed.Can you help me out?

Hi

Could u submit a ticket on plugorama and attach the "Installation log" file from the Reports folder on your mounted receptor drive to the thread. I think u may have to update the atmosphere/trilogy files. First, lets take a look at the log file and we'll take it from there.

This is due to Atmosphere not being able to access the .dat file. It may not have fully installed...

I had a similar problem on a PC and I couldn't solve it, whatever I did. Not until I built a new machine, and then 'voila' it worked...

i just installed atmosphere and i can see the patches just find using the receptor remote on my copmuter, and they play just fine. however i can't select any banks or patches from just the receptor front side controls. is this normal or is there a way to change that?

While the receptor is booted, on the front panel hold the Multi button down; and while the multi is down, triple click the power button. When the front panel says "loading" you can release the Multi button..

Hopefully that'll fix it
