So I guess it wasn't a dumb question! That post should go into the manual. Those features are a bit hidden. Great sleuthing work, and a very clear explanation.

Thanks,

John

There were BigWhite Skins for the 35-version. Have they been updated for the 36-version?

Hello, here comes Burnie... again.

I have updated the package, but only for Oatmeal 36-1, as requested. Nothing to do with Oatmeal 35-5 there. You will find in this package everything that can be separately downloaded on the first post, but in one unique compressed archive. You will find also all the previous banks that work with this version. I hope this helps...

I just checked and there still doesn't seem to be a site that collates all patches, presets and currently working skins
It's done...

I mean the 1st one. It's the skin I like most, beneath some others, of course. I don't think you'd make an update just for one, but if you'll do I'd be jumping through my ceiling!!!

Me too... The one with the red buttons... It is simple, clear and precise... So, we are two now...

I like the first one with the dark red, solid color buttons, outlined in black. Believe it or not, the other 2 are a strain. I think it's a mental strain. There are so many parameters in Oatmeal in such a small space that the visually-simpler buttons are more relaxing, or grounding, if you will.

They are all 3 very attractive but there gets to be to much visual thinking going on if you spend more than a few minutes with the energetic gui's. :D

And then we are three....

The second one on this page is a bit of a strain because there is not enough contrast between the background and the text.

The envelope sliders are nice though. I always prefer sliders to knobs on envelopes.

Hi. Thanks for this, it's excellent and I've added it to the first post.
The thing is, you'd need to have read the original thread every day to keep up with it, if you (as I did) left it a few days, there were too many new pages to backtrack through when you did check it out again.
So the idea here is to correlate everything together into one single post for ease of access to everything, as finding stuff in the other thread is now a bit of a nightmare.
Hope you can appreciate the logic of doing this - it's intended to be helpful. :)
