What I'd like re organising banks

As you know, when you receptorize an FXB file, it creates a folder with up to 128 patches in FXP format inside a folder in /Banks and Patches, and that folder is allocated an MSB & LSB reference so you can select banks and presets, which is great.
However, there is one thing I dislike, the fact that the system is setting the MSB/LSB for ma as opposed to letting me choose, I'll explain.
You install a Plug X bank one day. You get a combo of, say, 004/002. Then you add another bank for the same Plug X two weeks later, and you get MSB/LSB of 006/023 because you've installed other banks in the meantime.
It would make sense to be able to allocate the numbers ourselves so that all banks for a particular plug could be set to consecutive numbers such as Plug X - Bank A: 002/000, Plug X - Bank B: 002/001, Plug X - Bank C: 002/002, etc.
Unfortunately, I don't know Linux well enough to suss out how the system allocates MSB/LSB and how I could change it, and I believe very few users probably do. So could we get a little program in the form of a Plugin Tools in SETUP which would give a grid to reallocate numbers, or perhaps an explanation on what to modify to it ourselves ?
I guess this is not priority work, but still, it would be a welcome addition, particularly for those who set their Receptor for live use with a sequencer.

Also something I would like, along with the ability to copy an entire bank in one command...

On your local computer create a folder for your new Multi bank. Open Receptor Hard Drive, from the Receptor Banks and Patches Multi folder copy all the .fxp files you want to the local computer folder. Name them 001-What Ever, 002-What Ever etc. Copy this folder to the Receptor hard drive c:\Drop Installers Here and then select Install from the Setup page. You will now have all the patches by order in a new Multi Bank. Next go to the SETUP page and select "Ignore Bank Select and Target Multis." Load the first patch you want to use. Now when you send a program change the MSB/LSB will be filtered out and make it much easier to use. If you need more information contact me directly at: rick@museresaerch.com.
