Receptor Shutting off & on when I switch to different Synth

When I switch to different channels and different synths in Receptor's list my Receptor sometimes it shut off and turns back on? Is this a OS error or Unit error? I am running the latest OS.

Also, when I use Z3ta and Vanguard synth I have to reload them to get their sound back on?

Any help would be much appreciated.

I am using a Mac G5 2.5 Quad. The connection is cross over cable. I am also using Logic Pro 7.
