According to the blog, it's the temp UI they use for testing all their products. It sounds more sinister, the way I worded it.whyterabbyt wrote:I dont think its a fake, as such, its just the UI for the in-progress version, and just not the final UI.bduffy wrote:Oh - it's not the GUI...nice fake GUI!

Sortoff. Predatohm owners (or bundle owners) will pay it a bit less - although don't expect to pay for a simple upgrade. I'll give more clue on pricing on the blog later.Red_Force, time to ask a question you probably expected: will there be a cross-grade discount for predatohm users?

Damn, that 'testing' GUI beats the crap out of their other plugins' GUIs. Please do consider using that look in the future, it's simply gorgeus! (Not that the other plugins don't have GUIs that don't appeal to me...)

Do you want to make my art designers mates sick?jmh wrote:Damn, that 'testing' GUI beats the crap out of their other plugins' GUIs.

Negation kills negation.
BTW, for the first time, we'll release just one skin for a pure Ohm Force product. We are experimenting a new technology, we hope you will enjoy it.
Nothing official but DSP is quite over. We must finish that skin and make content (sound tracks, presets, documentation, description..). Nothing official but two or three months more looks credible to me.Bradster wrote: I'm more interested in "when can we have it?" than "how much will it cost?". Smile
BTW, Bradster, if you don't care about the price, mail us to get a special 'offer' (with many zeros)

Somehow this temporary interface just combines the best of both worlds in a really clear, eye-pleasing manner
And it's not just a double negative but a triple!Yellow Force wrote:jmh wrote: (Not that the other plugins don't have GUIs that don't appeal to me...)
Negation kills negation.
Meaning that I've really liked your plugins' interfaces, most notably OhmBoyz and SymptOhm from a purely graphical viewpoint. Have to add MobilOhm to the list too. Can't even recall how the others look like, but these three are gorgeous. Although, like I said a few lines earlier, I don't think SymptOhm's funky skin is usable... but it's a great piece of graphics, a screenshot of it works as a source of inspiration for me when starting new projects that require something in similar style
This picture of the temporary GUI goes into my "look for inspiration" folder to accompany the aforementioned!

I love Symptohm's funky skin! I probably wouldn't have started using it so much if it weren't for that skin. My brain loves the layout, AND there are monkeys! It might be the greatest plugin GUI of them all, but that's just my opinion.

And that's the goal. The thing that will make it to the final version is the layout and the size of everything - actually improved. That's why we make those temporary skins - to try to find the best possible usability/readability before to think about design and look.I'd guess that it does, because it's really clear and easy on the eye.
