I'm well aware of that. That's intentionally how I got it.

Again, I'm not an expert but I would guess that the conditions that people downloaded them under would still apply, since in effect, they agreed to those conditions when they downloaded the files. I'm not too sure that you can arbitrarily impose a new "agreement" on them at this point.

BTW, implying that you may take legal activity against the forum and it's members is an odd way to express that you really don't care and are "flattered" by the matter. :nutter:

The first liscence apply, thanks for bringing it up John. Now we know who are there & for what!

Bringing this up prooves that the sharing of the Hollow Sun vintage collection is legal. That was the deal in the first place!

There was even some samples that were downloaded from the net that Steve 'converted' in akai multi.

I'm pretty sure he was implying that Zero-G potentially would, not himself.

But you are quite right, licenses can't be retroactively adjusted. The license at download is the license by which the users must abide.
