Just tried the Frank's humaniser in SX 3.1 with the Steinberg's wrapper ver. 1.08.
Seems like it works fine on playback.
Haven't tried the others in the bundle but.

Franks Humanizer not working in Sx 3.1 on Playback for me.
I fiddled with it while on Play and there was no effect.
What could I be doing wrong?

hmmm, have you tried larger values? Also, are you aware that the values you change don't apply till you move the focus(cursor) from the text box?

As for installation, all I did was simply running the installer and putting the wrapper in the component folder.
Are you sure you installed the 32 bit version, not the 64 bit version?
Otherwise, I have no idea.

Anyway, apparently the dev is sure that his plugins work in ANY versions of Cubase as long as reading this page.

I think it's worth it as I found the humanizer was useful.

Which MFX work in Cubase? and regsvr32.exe help!
