Good (free ?) "chopper" tool ?

I have to admit...that Scuzzphat gater actually works really well. I know I avoided it a long time ago back when I suffered the GUI funk but after trying it from this thread's recommendation, I would definately suggest this one as another freebie worth having. Again... very clean cutting with no clicks, and the lite version has these really great microsteps or something... good stuff.

Hi BobYordan yes the internal preset save doesn't seem to be functioning quite right at the moment but does seem to work okay for me if I actually type the *.cfx suffix to the filename when saving. Yes the autopan may also need a bit of a rework as well. Sorry about thatBobYordan wrote:Hi Caco
It seems like the preset banks I save does not playback the same when I load them again??Tried both internal and external saves.
Should I only save as effects (externally)?
And also when using the auto pan the volume decreases very much.![]()
Otherwise does it sound really cool.![]()
Cheers
Bob
Shuffle would be a cool addition

Thanx, I will try that.
, after loading a bank, then then sound is almost back.
The plug provides a very nice width to the sound even without the auto panning.
Shuffle can be a cool extra feature.
If you remake the auto pan, can you add a auto panner for both the left and right inputs? So that there is not just one sound image (eg mono) that is panned. And perhaps a dry and effect knob. Or even better
a possibility to auto pan the other effect individually.

Cool ideas BobYordan, yes I think either a much improved and more powerful autopanning feature or something completely different ( I have a couple of ideas) will be implemented when I next get some free time as I tend not to really use the autopan that much myself since the delay is also panned so perhaps it is a bit of a redundant feature. And maybe a new GUI while I'm at it

That version came out last week in response to a denormalling bug and a panning bug someone found so it didn't change much apart from theaddition of a ring mod and comb filter but I do have another couple of fx I'm tweaking which will hopefully be added soon along with sorting the preset bug.BobYordan wrote:Thanx for the new release of AffectedMe Caco, I will check it out tonight.![]()

Hopefully in a couple of weeks there should be another version which will fix the problem with saving the presets and have a GUI that doesn't require sunglasses to view
