Anyone know how should I assign my performance X-Y parameters in Zebra 2 to my touch pad in Live. Are there any midi learn functions for every parameter in latest Zebra2 for macintels?

Yes. Right-click (or ctrl-click) a knob in the gui, then turn the controller. XY controls have a contextual menu that contains MidiLearn for each axis.
