It's now the beginning of the third week since I purchased to B4 crossgrade, but have not heard back from NI. If the time limit runs out I'm going to be out of business till I can replace it, I need the B$ on stage four nights a week. If need be, I could drive a couple hundred miles and pick up a full-price version of B4 II, but I really would rather NOT do that.
I know the site says 3-5 business days, this is over twice that. NI is not famous for fast support, did I make a mistake by trusting their in-house staff?
How long does it take NI to respond to crossgrade?
