Filterscape question

I have the filterscape demo. I was wondering if it would be possible to use the output of one track to modulate filterscape on another track? Some sort of sidechaining?

I think you have to route it in your sequencer to fit.
maybe use a send?
but maybe you can explain it a bit more, do you mean a the audio output?

Well, side chaining is one of the things on the list, due after the update round for VST2.4, Intel Macs etc. - it'll probably arrive first within MFM2 and then go straight into Filterscape and Zebra.

he could use the rythm of a drumloop to modulate a pad for example.
yes, that is what I want to do... anyone know of some workaround to do this on a Mac? With Filterscape or other vst effect or is there something like filterscape that has sidechaining?

If you knew what we (sic!) are up to, you wouldn't even consider anything elsepdxindy wrote:something like filterscape

I've tried to explain it to some people before, but they simply can't imagine the whole impact from just talking about it. It takes the ideas of snapshot morphing and modular eqing into a new paradigm. I guess when you see it and use it for just one minute, you're sold to it.pdxindy wrote:so, ummm, what are you up to?
Well, don't bug me about it too much right now, it's not gonna happen before Z2 and MFM2 are out, as well as a maintenance update for Filterscape.
Later,
(wtf did they think when they build this house without air condition? or is that already the f'd up climate?)
