Seems like a great deal to me - even if there might be better individual plugins from other companies, as a bundle (coming with a stringent GUI layout, something not to underestimate) it's certainly worth that price.
Now, if they only wouldn't have switched back to dongle protection (which doesn't work anyways, at least not in the case of Waves).
