I have the B4 (not receptorized). I want to downloand the upgrade to B4II on NI's site for $39.00. Will this work with my receptor?

Yes..just follow the instructions on plugorama.

Just to clarify:
After you buy the $39 online downloadable update from NI and register it, you will need to also download the B4 II ".mrpk" installer from Plugorama to install on your Receptor...

Upgrade to B4 II is $99. Crossgrade to B4 on Receptor is $29. If you plan to use midi comtrollers for real-tome performance on the B4, I recommend going to the newer one, otherwise B4 works fine also.
