now that was 20 times better than the other chrome vid posted at some point somewhere on kvr...shamann wrote:What, no Damon Edge?xoxos wrote:HOW ABOUT THAT KVR, MAYBE YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT
Here's some for you then.

That's my favorite Chrome piece. Every time I hear it I think about how the progress of rock hasn't lived up to its promise. This hinted at a direction that seems to have been largely abandoned. Chrome lives on only in the dirty allies of music geekdom. They sadly are forgotten even those with more adventursome tastes. I would tend to agree... although the concept of "groove" can be rather subjective... that Seeds video that Voivoid used in his sig for awhile had a TON of "groove", as evidenced by that blonde chick's swank dance-moves!VicDiesel wrote:What I was getting at is that for all the energy with which I see people hacking away at guitars and drums, way too many links are of music that is almost completely devoid of any sort of groove.
Again, I would tend to agree... although again, I think we're talking about very subjective qualities here... just as there's different strokes for different folks, there's also different (gut-level) appeals for different Schmiels...VicDiesel wrote:If it then doesn't have some form of gut level appeal, then I wonder what's the point.
I seem to remember seeing them tacked onto the end of a Bauhaus video a loooong time ago.Chuck E. Jesus wrote:now that was 20 times better than the other chrome vid posted at some point somewhere on kvr...
