Important note: Little mistake in download section:
If you downloaded the new LUNA between 22:00 and 10:30 UTC, then you have got PR2 again.
In that case, please redownload from the same link, it will be PR3 now.
Sorry for any inconvenience.

Yeah, I had caching issues - had to use wget rather than Firefox (even though I've got firefox set to clear cache on exit).

I have Firefox configured to 0Kb cache to avoid problems.

Mmm, I don't seem to be able to set the loop end flag on a sequence beyond about bar 35. The editor won't let me zoom out further. (This is with no events in the sequence but the part containing the sequence set at 48 bars long.)

If Return and Escape exit the piano roll, why don't they exit the Audio Lab?
Any plans to support compressed samples - preferably OGG Vorbis (and maybe OGG FLAC)?

Ahh the elusive midi rabbit seems to have run off again.
Alt/move creating a copy of the track works nice and allows a different player but after saving and upon restarting the new file is now blank (sequence of proper length but no midi 'notes'). Pulling the track into place again allows it to start with the prior player however.

--- on the fly reply ---
Maybe the window focus was on the audio mixing desk window?
Would like to see MP3 supported too.
It's on the ToDo list.
Can you please elaborate on this?
Right. Will be improved in the next version.pljones wrote:Mmm, I don't seem to be able to set the loop end flag on a sequence beyond about bar 35. The editor won't let me zoom out further. (This is with no events in the sequence but the part containing the sequence set at 48 bars long.)

Sure, i'm open to it. OGG is a very nice format.pljones wrote: Any plans to support compressed samples - preferably OGG Vorbis (and maybe OGG FLAC)?

I'm not sure what you mean?guitarfrodo wrote: Ahh the elusive midi rabbit seems to have run off again. Ah... I was using the Number Pad Enter, rather than Return. And Escape does work, yes.muzycian wrote:They do.pljones wrote:If Return and Escape exit the piano roll, why don't they exit the Audio Lab?

Re: midi copy issue. Try to create a fresh copy of a part with alt and the arrow to pull a fresh copy to a new spot, suitable for having its own player.
Everything at this point is working fine.
Now, close Luna, reopen and you should be staring at the new part with now, no midi data. The best thing to do with that blank part is erase it quick because if you try to work with it, (I tried to rename it, before going to the editor to try adding data) it causes a lockup. Which in my case required a restart button escape and rendered the session file from that point further unusable.
Tried this several times, situations, sessions before reporting.
By the way the control, copy way which does not allow its own new player does fine.

This looks good; I think it's replaced Computer Muzys for me. I'm looking forward to the CMusic version of this! The new skins are a lot better.
Best of luck with the continued development of this program - it could go far!

Minor UI bug. If I select a mixer strip in the player panel and hit edit, it gets its own window (which is great!). If I add and remove an effect to the strip, though, the width of the strip changes and it no longer fills its window.
Also, I got a crash when dragging the volume slider on the same strip after closing it and opening it again.

(LUNA didn't know it had crashed when I re-started.)
I just tried LooxBenu - really nice skin - but the separate mixer strip windows didn't get reskinned until closed and re-opened.
Unrelated UI request: I know I can right-click the timebar to turn looping on and off - but can we have a button back on the transport bar for this?
