well, fresh off my b4 follies i tried to load ivory, latest version.
copied,verified/checked everything fine, but the bosendorfer file 1, 640 k came out as corrupted and was not able to be converted.
erased it and recopied it, but same problem.
i emailed synthogy, as i don't think it's a receptor problem but rather a bad file on the dvd.
I tried to run ivory anyway ( mistake?) but it just sat there for about 5 minutes so i aborted it.
Does it take a long time to start?
I figured that perhaps if 1 file is corrupted, it may not load at all.
sigh....
Does anyone think i should open up a plug ticket?

There are two different tools depending on your Ivory version. Have you checked this ?

yeah. I had the second version, with a b on the end, i believe. It converted all the other files fine. On re-checking, after the conversion part, every file was fine except for that one.
Most likely a bad dvd burn.
fortunetely it's only a 640 k file and synthogy will email it to me.

Just wanted to give a thumbs up to synthogy support. They emailed me with a few ideas. Next day, after I tried them and it didn't work, they emailed me the file that was bad.
Still working on the settings, so I can't comment about it much, yet.
