I am putting in my 12 digit serial number and it sais invalid? I do not have an Ilok user id yet.
It sais the Serial number starts with A or C. My serial number starts with R.
SO what is the problem?

Ok It looks like an R for sure but I suppose its an A. It still sais Serial Number Invalid on my Receptor. I can't beleive Sam ash did not give me the hardware USB Ilok with my unit. I am so pissed off right now.

You should have the iLok key. Contact Sam Ash and let them know you need that key.
Re the serial, it sometimes happen that it's not recognised when registering on Plugorama. Contact Muse and they'll sort you out.
