Oki... .tun file location on Mac is *somewhere* down here (a folder called TuneFiles should already be there):

MacHD/Library/Application Support/u-he/

That's also where the Module presets are buried.

I still cannot load build 250706
into FL Studio. I get an external exception C000001D.
Can't load into Live 5 either..
I don't hear anyone else mention this, so I wonder if it's something with my computer...

... then I guess there's indeed some rogue SSE2 code still... will furtherly go through it and try to find that bugger...

I just downloaded the FL Studio demo 6.0.8 and it loads up fine in that..

WinXP, Pentium 4 2.8C.

BTW, I noticed that you can't play in MIDI notes at the same time as adjusting the GUI. This only happens in FL Studio demo, not in energyXT or Logic. And with another VSTi in FL Studio I didn't see this problem.

There's still something evil lurking in the code

I'm testing with ACID 6.0a (WinXP Pro, P4) and Zebra2.dll doesn't load at startup (ACID hangs when scanning the dll).
However, if I move the dll elsewhere, launch ACID, move the dll back once ACID is up and running, then get ACID to rebuild the VSTi list, everything is fine...

This problem was not occuring with the previous version of Z2 (i.e., the version before the one with the GUI bug).

Okay okay okay... must hunt down the SSE2 code. It should all be capsuled behind a check, but I don't have a non-SSE2 machine to actually test this...

I think I'll compile a version without any SSE code to have a reference for the bug... if that one runs, it's definately a problem with SSE2 illegal instructions on non-SSE2 machines...

the MS compiler actually told me that there was no SSE code anymore but when I checked it still executed some on my machine... I kind of hate that

Any brave volunteers among those who still experience crashes with the latest version?

I hope that this really verifies that it's rogue SSE code and not any other bug that only affects certain systems...
