Couldn't care less. I need real-time live-performance MIDI to audio, so I don't want plugins delaying stuff at all :). I can live with a few samples offset but anything that would be audible rules that plugin out for live performance. And I wouldn't bother switching in a plugin that caused problems just for working "offline" later.

I agree PDC is a valuable feature, but i think there are more valuable features for a newbie user.

LUNA still is a light-weight host!

Anyway, very soon, there will come a poll for wich features you think should be added first.

That's when 1.0 is out.

So what's in the way of 1.0?

Well, i'm still not 100% happy with the Player Panel, because it's not functional when a Audio Part is selected.

And: The Player Panel might still be a bit confusing for newbies: when does it change a part's player and when not.

As we know, the answer is: when the part is selected, but this extra condition might already be confusing for newbies.

So maybe the Player Panel should simply define "the sound on the midi keyboard".

And when you want to change the Player for a Part, then that's always done via that part's context menu.

(of course, drawing a new part will use the Player Panel's setting as a default)

I'm curious for any suggestions on this subject!

How can we make LUNA's workflow even more obvious and pleasant?

I think I'd agree with this. The current flexibility bites me just as often as it saves time. Having it fixed in an obvious way would probably be for the best in the long run.

i personally think that much can be done without PDC but to not include it on the grounds of attracting newbies would seem to push the seasoned users out of the picture a little bit. im for the inclusion of PDC.
