thank you brok...

yep I downloaded drumatic and tried around a little bit with the clap... and yes the movement is defenitly there, the modulation is no fx....

:) quite funny.... hahaha thought it was an fx....
@living sounds: thx too...

Are there any vst synths on that also randomly modulate the waveforms amplitude.... to sound "alive" ?
Most of them sound very static....

I am not to experienced with synth programming, modular systems etc....

basically everything that's not based on samples can do that (if the architecture is there), but uses real osc's or such ... the key is that this lifeness comes from the fact that most old, analog drumcomputers (808, 909, cr78, etc) used osc's that couldn't retrigger on every played note ... so the phase of any osc was _allways_ different, that also applied for the lfo's ...
i.e. all vsti's that emulate drummachines with osc's, not samples should do it ... man, i am allways so thankful that some vsti synth-drummachines offer retrigger, now you come and actually seek for exactly that failure-feature that allways drove me nuts all the time ... strange world ... ;)
