Wow nice one mate, some of my suggestions are:
1. Making the sound more "stereo" if you get me. Its cool to have a realistic mono amp sim, but for recording purposes it would be cool to pick a patch and just wail on it with it already sounding like a well produced guitar sound - I think this feature would give your product a unique edge and cut out the labourious tweaking of other sims, like say Xmas Tube; which sounded great dont get me wrong, but needed alot of post processing to get the sound to work in a professional sounding mix.
2. More Heavy Sims! - Follow in the footseps of Midiworks' heavyness crusade lol. Do some awesome 5150, Bogner, Deizel, Engl simulations. Also if you could do somethine akin to Amplitube 2's level dependant distortion, that would be sick, I find that rolling back the volume on most high gain sims leads to a very unsmooth sound - which it shoudln't.
3. I dont know how feasable this next one is but Have you heard of the VStack? : http://www.v-stack.com/tech.htm
Basically what they have done is monitored the input at several gains, frequencies and variations, and then listened to the output of a cranked marhsall stack and interpolated the difference of the cranked stack output to the guitar input and put it in pedal form. Now I imagine this shouldnt be to hard - Ive only dabbled in some basic programming with delphi lol, but I should think that this should be your method if you really want to recreate the amps/cabinets/mic's. I assume that the more variables and readings you take the more accurate the sim is.
1. I.e clean frequency sweep compared to 5150 with orange cab's mic distorted output at various settings.
2. Change mic positions and compare difference with clean frequency and previous mic positions
3. Compare 5150 Direct output with clean frequency sweep at various settings.
4. Subtract 3 from 1 to just see the effect that the cabinet has on the sound, which should equal the cab sim.
5. Once the data is collected and a pattern starts to emerge, use curves that best fit the trend to work out the sound at different input gains/frequencies in realtime.
I imagine what im talking about is probaly impulses, but i thought I would just share my thoughts.

Fretted Synth, everything you listed sounds great! I would only add the request for further optimization and CPU reduction (if it is even possible). I love this plugin!!!

In the Fx pedals is missing IMO the most important : "detune"; like the mda Detune (my secret wapon !).

BTW : IMO the best amp (the power amp) is still the Vox AC30 ! I have one made for me, high quality; with another pre-amp and 4 tubes, to make it function at 60W too. As speakers I use 2 guitar and 2 bass speakers (in X position) in one binn.

If you really want to emulate classic amps a good place to start would probably be to study the tone stacks. There is a good article here: http://users.chariot.net.au/~gmarts/ampbasic.htm and there is a Windows tone stack calculator here: http://duncanamps.com/tsc/
A good place to read up on amp tone in general is http://amptone.com/
I have some ideas about how to achieve better response, but I need to get my thoughts together. I'll just say for now that something like the Ampltude Imposer plug can be used to great effect IMO. Also, there is something very amp like about the attack and tone of the TLs_SaturatedDriver and TbT Greasetube when tweaked to taste.
I'm trying to learn more about cabinet emulation myself, right now. You could start messing around with Boogex loaded up with cab IR's from noisevault to have a reference. Really, there needs to be more dynamics than static convolution can provide, though. The synth section combined with dynamics processing might be the key - I'm not sure yet. Of all the sims I've tried, only the POD and Warp VST even attempt dynamic cabinet emulation as far as I can tell.
Anything that is used for mic emulation should be bypassable.
For FX, I really like the tone of the new EFM Stompers 2.0 flanger and phasor (esp. the "Vibe" mode"), just as a freeware example you could listen to for reference. Something like the GSynth and SubGen stompers octave/distortion fx would go great with your synth section.
Oh, and a brickwall limiter on the output!

Would it be too difficult to add a "level dependant distortion" as mentioned above? That is the biggest issue that I have with sims as of now. Sometimes I like to play lightly for a few bars and get a lightly overdriven sound and then start going at it playing real heavy for that full over the edge overdrive.

rolled out, manufacturers and developers have been
claiming to have done it. As far as I'm concerned,
it aint happened yet!!

Crazy suggestion: instead of making your proposed eq bypass a on off switch, make it a mix wet dry?

I dont' usually use the volume knob very actively while playing, but I do like it when the amp is right on the edge of breakup. I've had some pretty good results approximating this by using two amp sims in parallel, one clean and one distorted. With everything tweaked just right, light picking is cleaner and heavy piking is more distorted and the overlap is smooth because the more distorted tone just overtakes the clean tone at a certain point rather than an abrupt transition. It might be possible to really refine this with compression (sidechaining, or maybe another use for something like Amplitude Imposer?) etc. It wouldn't really need to be two seperate amp sims, just a way to mix back some "tubey" sounding clean with the higher gain signal, like the Voodoo Lab Sparkle Drive. EDIT: Oh, and it wouldn't always have to be clean/distorted. For higher gain sounds it would probably be better to have a lower gain/ higher gain pairing, etc. The main thing is that one of the parallel tones is set for the tone you want with light picking and the other is set for the tone you want with heavy picking.
