EVE2 Sync the modulator?

In EVE2 is there a way to sync the modulator in the lower left corner (i.e. Phaser) with a note on? I see how to sync the PTH MOD/AMPPAN but not the Modulator.

no sorry, the Phaser and the other Modulator FXs are free running
