Thanks Guido
Can't wait to try it out!!!!!!!
first, you gotta have your notes ready in the piano roll. no expression or anything.Vonbrucken wrote:could you elaborate pleasetuz wrote:btw.. for fl users that don't have a breath controller:
you can use the keyboard controller.
To us none sax players it almost sounds like a real sax but I can imagine it will sound weired to a real sax player.Watto wrote:I'm hesitant to say anything, because I think Guido is a genius, and I'll be forever grateful for the Mr series (which I donated for), but I'm confused by what you guys are hearing - it doesn't sound at ALL like a sax to me.
I realise we're entering new territory with PM and all that, so kudos for that...

In any case it's a fun instrument to play.
I think if you could relay to Guido what exactly is fake about it, in a way he will understand it, maybe he can improve on it.
I remember huge improvements on the trumpet after some feedback from players like you.
thank youtuz wrote:first, you gotta have your notes ready in the piano roll. no expression or anything.Vonbrucken wrote:could you elaborate pleasetuz wrote:btw.. for fl users that don't have a breath controller:

then, in the pattern that has the notes insert the fruity controller.
next, go to browse parameters in saxophunk and link the breath to the keyboard controller's velocity. (to browse parameters go to saxophunk's wrapper and click the plug pic on the top left. after you click the browse param. option a bunch of cc's will appear on the left of the screen>>> right click the one you want and hit link to controller>>> go to internal controllers and choose the one with the velocity)i don't know how much you know. maybe more detail than you need.
anyway, in the keyboard controller's piano roll (i'd view ghost channels btw) you can put in notes (doesn't matter what notes you but in) and the notes' velocities will determine the level of the expression. if you're a detail freak you'll get awesome results.don't snap notes to grid for the expression. use very short notes.. bla bla.
anyway that's cool didn't knew it was a donation for all so i will give a little more next time cause your plugins are splendidPLEASE NOTE: Miles'Tone and Sax-o-phunk are still beta versions,
so the registration utility won't store reg. info for them into
the registry. If you want to get rid of the nag screen, you
have to wait until these plugins will be officially released
and the reg. utility will be updated.
