Can anyone describe for me, the differences and/or improvements between NI's B4 & B4ii?

Independent channel control. Better Leslie simulation. If you only have the original B4, this includes all the tonewheel sets. Those are the main features. I found it worth the upgrade for running on Receptor, though I would not have bothered before - just be sure to purchase the upgrade for $99, NOT the new release (assuming you're running B4 now...)

Yes, I'm running with the original B4 ~ I was going to move toward Charlie, but they didn't continue supporting it on Receptor.
I'll get the B4ii upgrade soon

If you EVER pull a drawbar, use a wide variety of registrations and or just need full capability, Charlie is useless. Sounds good, but ...
