I kind of noticed the same problem with the flimsy rack ears. After one gig, mine were loose and the unit was kind of moving around due to loose rack ear screws (the ones that connect the Receptor to the ears). I ended up putting some of that medium strength (blue) "lock tite" stuff on the screws and it seems to be holding up. It's been on 3 more local gigs as well as a 700-mile round trip road gig. This being said, those rack ear screws seem awful small - they make me nervous compared to other gear.
