In Registration Hell w/ Kontact 2

I've followed the instructions, I thought, but when I got to the NI website to add a new autorization (I already have some of their other products) I entered in the serial # and got this:
This product also requires authorization
Please register this product using the Registration Tool or NI Service Center found in the respective application folder.

When I go back to my Receptor, and click on Plugin Tools>Kontact 2 ~ it no longer gives me access to the small serial # window, only the large 3 stage tool window...
I don't seem to be able to go back, and I can't open any of the Kontact Plugins that show up in receptor's Plugin page

Now what?

Open the registry and delete all entries related to Kontakt. Start the reg tool again, you'll be able to enter your serial.

Umm ~ thanks, but where do I find those?
I located some .html with the time-stamp around when I 1st tried to authorize ~ but I get a message telling me I don't have sufficient privileges to remove them.

I found them in: Program Files>VST Plugins>Native Instruments>Kontakt 2>html

Any further direction would be greatly appreciated (it took a long time to load-up, and I can't use it)

You need the Receptor version of RegEdit. Ask Muse for it.

I did respond, on the plugorama ticket.
NI actually sent me the proper 30 digit code to paste into their Register 'tool'...
It worked immediately (so I thought that was easier than what Farhan was going to have me do) but I did relate all of this.
