Yes, you need the whole 2.7Mb install of Reaper

I think ReaRoute is not a pure asio driver. It's the patch bay used inside Reaper. While Reaper is started, there's no ReaRoute showing up as Asio device in e.g. MiniHost.

If someone knows how this should work, please enlighten us.

I tried it, but don't see "Soundbus" on the developer's webpage. Is it still available?

Are you sure? I was going to suggest that one too, but i haven't actually got it to work between two hosts....

duh, thats right, i have no idea if it would work with other hosts sorry.
