LEGALLY! what a joke, the law is there to protect the bloody politicians and criminals. personally i don't see much difference between the two.muzycian wrote:Listen, they did nothing wrong, legally.aMUSEd wrote:I know - but all the same what they did to your great work was criminal - its absurd that company's can get away with such destructive vandalism and yet when an honest person speaks out he gets sued.
Of course, from the creative point of view, i was (like many others) very disappointed with how things evolved.
if you know law well enough you can get away with a great deal, just like most corporations and the like do.
these companies don't give a flying f**k about anyone except themselves. they pretend to for obvious reasons but that's it. they destroyed muzys for personal gain in some way, selfish reasons that's all that comes into it. it doesn't matter how you dress it up, as no doubt they will, it was selfish to destroy what many people thought was an excellent program.
you say LUNA will be better than Muzys, but if Muzys was still in development,(how long's it been, 2, 3 years) how much it would've improved by now!
I know there's not much use moaning but it makes me angry how money allows you to do what you like and f**k everyone else!
