Hi everyone,
Just wanted to pass this one along - new from the creator of OP-X (Analog Oberheim emulation) comes Stringer. Stringer is a rompler plugin with high-quality samples of 3 different string synth machines (70s - 80s era). The sounds are much better than any string-synth sample sets from other romplers that I have heard (including Ultra Focus, Atmosphere, etc.).
It is $95 - and it runs on Receptor just fine (I installed on a PC, and just dragged the files over to Receptor as an Unsupported Plugin).
If you are into the lush strings from old Pink Floyd, Genesis, etc you ought to check this one out.
