GPO and Kompakt on Receptor

Can I simply copy over the GPO library ( which is meant for Kontakt player)to receptors sample folder and load them in Kompakt?

I would do it, but would have to make space for it on my receptor, so asking the general question first. They are NKI files.

All Kompakt/Kontakt based products are copy protected and Kompakt/Kontakt CHECKS when you load up the library to make sure you have actually authorized the product, in this case GPO. The GOOD NEWS is that the is a "user installable" download on plugorama which will make this pretty painless. You'll still end up copying over all the NK* files, but this download will install the GPO player and help you authorized it on Receptor, and ALSO provide you with "receptorized presets".

Thanks for this..do you know if I can use my present authorization licence..or do I need to repurchase on plugarama?

never mind..went to plugarama, and looks like I can..now to make room on my receptor..i'm down to 250MB's on the HD
