I don't understand him, not only you can move a pattern freely, but it easily snaps to beats. What else could be the reason to move patterns outside bar boundaries anyway? Is this nagging really just about the little digits in the time panel? And would manually inserting time sig changes [which would need to be bar unaligned btw] be any easier or quicker?
