If you're tired of standard-fare synths but not quite ready to build your own physical model in a DIY application such as Reaktor or Tassman, Modelonia offers a simpler path. The factory sounds are great, they're easy to tweak, and it won't take long before you're building your own trombone-ukulele hybrid (see Web Clip 1).

I read it too and did not notify Liqih
. btw did you guys notice how the default patch in Modelonia is just perfect (=PERFECT!) to play the opening notes of Dvorak's 'From the New World'?
Hopefully this review will attract new customers who will also buy the other unique NUSofting VSTi's

And hopefully, this great review will fire up the Mac community to pester Luigi to get the finger out and finish the OS X version RSN!
Seriously, I'd be more than happy to sign up for beta testing the Mac Modelonia. G5 2x2.3, OS 10.4.8...
Btw, the Bach fugue No1 on the Modelonia site returns a 404, and the Greek ethno plays only snippets, interspersed with silence
Best,
Joey

Great review....and everything is true except: "It combines two physical models — plucked string and blown bore": it's not a bit boring, the blown horn, it's exciting!
