Ben, you might want to update point 9 and 10 in the rules section, especially 10

9 You grant KVRaudio.com the permission to distribute your application for download via our server from September 15th, 2006.
10 KVR Members will vote for their favourite entry between September 15th - 30th, 2006.

edit: point 11 too

The winners will be announced on or around October 1st, 2006.
